Ummmm.... Stuff....

Math class is over.

I am board out of my mind.

I'm going to run a sprint tri-athlon.

Girls camp is comming up quickly and I'm a little stressed out about that.

I'm feeling better and I can eat real food.

I need a job.... It's more like I want a job so I have something to do.... And it would make me feel like my summer isn't a big waste of time.

We are out of bread.... Maybe I'll just make some.... Why didn't I think of that before? I feel dumb.

I have a "date" with my bestest friend.... Mom will you drive us? Her mom did it last time so now it's your turn. Please. Thursday night.

I have a mungo fine at the library that I don't have the money to pay and reading at the library I can oly get 5$ off and I need more then that to be able to check stuff out.... Bummer.

My friends are comming over sometime this week... I forgot to tellyou mom.... It is ok right? Megan, Katie, and Jessica. =D

I found a scripture on sunday that has a smiley face at the end of it. It looks like this :) It made me really happy!

I keep having strange dreams. But they aren't scary and at least I'm sleeping.

My dog thinks she owns my blanket... she is sorley mistaken. But at least I'm not alone while I watch HEROES.... My new favorite show. Well BONES still wins but you know what I mean.

I'm going to paint my bedroom. I've wanted to for a really long time and I just haven't. But I'm going to this summer. Hopefully.

I don't have a ponytail on my wrist and my hair is driving me nuts.

Bri and I are going swimming today to prepare for our tri-athlon... I am prety positive that I'm spelling that wrong.... oh-well.

I'm stealing tay's shades.... I think they are the bomb and he has another pair.... I don't see why he doesn't just give them to me..... silly brother.

FOOD!

Did you know that I love food. I love the smell(most of the time). I love the taste(most of the time). I love that no matter where you go in the world there will be food(it might not be as good as a chicken sandwitch from chick-fil-a), but there is food.

Would you like to know what I love best about food?.....

I love that I can cook it. All by myself. And it will still taste good. I love that when I'm hungry I can go to the refrigerator and say well I can make myself a pbj or a hamburger. And you know what I can make both of those all by myself. I no longer need mom to cut my sandwitch into triangles or other things that mom's do with food. I can do it all by myself.

You know what else?....

I've been able to do that for a long time. And I love it so much!

I LOVE TO COOK!

I think that I will be a chef when I grow up..... Yep.... sounds good.

Wonderful Experiances at Youth Conferance

It was a long drive to youth conferance. We left at ten in the morning and made one stop and we didn't get there until about 2:10. But durring that car ride we talked about a lot of different things..... From stuff like the T.V. show the Bacholor to spiritual things.... how to help the girls in the ward that are struggling and things like that. It was a very good drive and I was glad that I could have that experiance.

When we got there I was shown where I was sleeping... I had time to set my things down an get a jacket and then I was off planting potatos. We had to make the rows..... I'll tell you right now that they make it look so easy ing the movies. I thought "Hey that won't be to hard."..... I was sorley mistaken.

It was hard work. We did it in the rain! One of the people in our group had said "Bateman it's cold and it's raining can't we just go back to the house?"

He replied, "Rain, Hail, Sleet, Snow, or Shine, we will plant these potatoes."

At first I was pestered about this, Mostly because we weren't even going to be able to the potatoes. Then I got thinking.... We weren't but someone else was.... Because I was planting potatoes in the rain someone else would have a meal.

Because of this experiance.... Because of what Bateman told me.... I now have a testimony of service. You don't realize how much you can help someone else through service. All I had to do was plant the seed and rest will come naturally.

This youth conferance was a blessing to many people. Including me. I have learned a lot from the little time I was there. I am so glad that we have youth conferance. I like that you get to know people you would never think about being friends with. You make great friendships at youth conferance, you also learn wonderful skills that will help you through your life time. These are the things I am greatful for. There is nothing else in the world that can help the youth of this generation more than youth conferance. This I believe and testify to you.

HORRAY!!!!

On Wednesday I asked my math teachers if there was any way that I could miss Friday(Today). They said that we were going to be taking a test first thing in the morning and I souldn't miss that. I then said what if I came in and took the test and then left?...

At this point I realized that that seemed rather dumb... Just going and taking the test and not staying for the rest of class. But What they didn't know was that I had a very good reason for asking this dumb question.

Then my teachers said that would actually work.

I was so supprized that I could have screemed! I was so happy! I was going to work hard so that they wouldn't regret letting me go.

I still don't want to disapoint them so when I get home I will be calling my friend Jesse(he's a math genius) for a little bit of help with my homework.

Did you know that mothers are very smart?.... I knew that they were here for a reason.

My mom always taught me that the answer is always NO unless you ask.

I had planned on not asking and I wouldn't have been able to go. (I'm so grateful for my mom.)
